New students to HUB should first take the Lil Jumpers class. Coaches will assess students and make the recommendation to upgrade to the Pre Beginner class.

Ages 4-5
A fun and engaging introduction to movement for kids aged 4 to 6. In this class, young participants learn the basics of parkour and freerunning while building confidence and coordination through exciting activities.
pre beginnner
Ages 5-7
Designed for kids aged 6 to 8, offering a supportive environment for them to explore the fundamentals of parkour and freerunning. It's a great way for young participants to develop physical skills, agility, and creativity while having a blast.

We reccomend always bringing a water bottle, athletic clothing and proper shoes to the gym!

Any shoes that have the following will work well to get started:
A Rubber Sole
Can tie/tighten up well (No crocs/flipflops)
Are flexible (No hiking boots)
