Youth students Ages 7-17

Before diving into the full range of youth classes, all new students must attend our Intro Classes.

Regardless of the program of interest—be it Parkour, Freerunning, Ninja Warrior, Breakdancing or Trampoline—all new youth students must attend program-specific Intro Classes.

These introductory sessions provide a solid foundation in the specific skills and safety protocols for each program.

Coaches will assess new students progress and “upgrade” them to core classes when ready!

FAQ’s

  • If you are looking to join our weekly youth classes - YES! These classes give you a great base of fundamentals to excel in core classes.

If you’re an adult, you can drop right into any adult level class.

If you’re looking to sign your little one up for lil jumpers or pre-beginner, those classes are also able to just drop into!

  • This all depends on you! Students stay in the intro level til they have developed the basic skillsets for their program. Your coach will be very clear on what these are and where you are at in accomplishing them!

  • Awesome! We still require everyone to attend intro at first so we know which level you should jump into and get challenged best.

  • Of course! We recommend passing the intro program before trying a new one, but you can mix and match and try them all!
