The hardest part of most youth activities is the "car ride over." In Parkour, the first win is that kids love doing it. It’s high-energy, it’s creative, and it feels like a video game come to life. When a kid is excited to train, the learning happens naturally.

Within Parkour, kids find what they are naturally good at. Some love the power of big jumps; others love the "puzzle-solving" of technical climbs; others love the creative "flow" of connecting moves. This specialized success builds massive self-esteem.
A "Gateway" to More
Parkour is the perfect entry point. Once they master the basics of movement, it opens the door to Flips & Freerunning, Breakdancing, and Ninja Warrior. It’s a set of skills they can take in any direction they choose.
The "Athlete's Edge"
For kids who do play team sports like soccer or football, Parkour is the ultimate cross-training. It gives them the balance, explosive power, and "body awareness" that makes them stand out on the field.
A Home for Everyone
If your child doesn't "fit" the traditional team sport mold, they’ll find a home here. We train alongside each other, supporting each other's progress rather than competing for playing time.
What Does a Youth/Teen Class Look Like?
Every class at HUB starts with a "link-up," where students connect with their friends and coaches to talk about their week before diving into a high-energy warm-up and the week's specific movement theme.
Whether we are focusing on mastering vaults, swinging on bars, or learning to flip off walls, students spend the entire hour moving through drill stations designed to build their craft without the boredom of long lines or downtime.
By the time we wrap up with conditioning and stretching, your child has not only had a high-intensity workout but has worked toward true mastery in a supportive community that celebrates every step of their journey.

Flexible Options: Kids can stick with the program they love or try a different Intro later—it’s up to them!

No experience needed! Our coaches tailor Intro Classes to absolute beginners and provide all the essential equipment. Just bring comfortable athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle.

After getting a taste of the program, you can sign up for a membership, class pack, or try another Intro to explore different programs. We want to make sure you find the perfect fit!
