Day 1

JUMPS

Jump into Action! On the first day, campers will focus on jumping, landing, and safety techniques essential for parkour training. They'll learn the foundations needed to conquer obstacles with ease and grace.

Day 2

VAULTS

Vault Your Way to Victory! On day two, campers explore the various types of vaults used in parkour. They'll develop agility and strength as they practice overcoming barriers in their path.

Day 3

WALLS

Master the Walls! The third day is dedicated to walls and the unique parkour skills they offer. Campers will learn to climb, traverse, and descend walls with precision and control.

Day 4

BARS

Swing, balance and conquer one of the most fun parts of the gym!

Day 5

ACRO

Acrobatics Unleashed! On the final day, campers will delve into acrobatic elements like cartwheels, front flips, and backflips. They'll learn to incorporate these dynamic movements into their parkour repertoire.

We've also incorporated exhilarating nerf battles and Nintendo Switch competitions to keep the entertainment levels high throughout the day.

  • -For Full Day Campers: Please pack two snacks and a lunch. Our full-day schedule includes two snack periods and one lunch period, providing campers with ample time to refuel and relax.

    -For Half Day Campers: One snack is sufficient, as there is one snack period in the half-day schedule.

    All campers should bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.

    We strongly recommend wearing athletic clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.

    For footwear, rubber-bottomed shoes are ideal. They provide better traction and support for the various activities in camp, compared to typical foam-bottomed kids' shoes.

    Please avoid wearing Crocs, flip flops, or boots to camp, as they are not suitable for parkour and ninja warrior activities.

  • Campers typically range from 8-13 years old, though we offer camp for ages 7+!

  • ur camp is designed to offer a dynamic and engaging experience every day. Each day includes multiple skill training sessions in Parkour, Freerunning, Ninja Warrior training, and trampolining. Alongside these core activities, we have 'Open Gym' times where campers can practice skills at their own pace under supervision. Additionally, different days of the week are themed to focus on specific skill-building aspects, ensuring a well-rounded development in all areas of movement and agility.

    To add more excitement, we intersperse these skill sessions with a variety of other fun activities. These include video game competitions, camp-wide games, thrilling Nerf wars, and other unique and crazy activities. These breaks not only provide campers with some leisure time but also encourage camaraderie, teamwork, and the development of social skills in a fun, active setting. Our camp schedule is carefully crafted to balance skill development with plenty of fun and adventure, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every camper.

  • Yes, absolutely! Our camp is designed to welcome and nurture beginners and children who have no previous experience in parkour or ninja warrior training. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore and enjoy these dynamic activities, regardless of their starting skill level.

  • Up-to-Date Immunization and Physical Record: For the safety and well-being of all our campers, we require an up-to-date immunization and physical record for each camper attending our summer camp. This documentation helps us ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that we are prepared to provide the best care for your child.

    Please submit these records to us before the start of the summer camp. You can send them via email, mail, or drop them off in person at our facility. This requirement is only for our summer camp attendees.

  • Snack and Lunch Checks: We conduct regular checks for common allergens during snack and lunch times. This is a standard practice, irrespective of whether we have campers with known allergies.

    Food Restrictions: To minimize the risk of allergic reactions, we advise all campers to avoid bringing high-allergen foods. Some of the common allergens we suggest avoiding include:

    Nuts (like peanuts and tree nuts)

    Shellfish

    Eggs

    Emergency Medication: For campers who require an EpiPen or inhaler, rest assured that our coaches are first-aid certified and trained to administer these medications in case of an emergency.

    Additional Accommodations: If your child has specific allergy-related needs or if there are other accommodations required, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our team is committed to doing our best to ensure that every camper's needs are met and that they have a safe and enjoyable experience at our camp.

  • Experienced Parkour Coaches: Our coaching staff includes both head and assistant coaches who are also the main instructors for regular classes at HUB Parkour. Their extensive experience in teaching parkour and ninja warrior skills makes them exceptionally qualified to guide campers through a fun and enriching experience.

    First Aid Certification: Ensuring the safety of our campers is a top priority. All of our coaches are certified in first aid, equipping them with the necessary skills to handle any medical situations promptly and effectively during camp.

    CORI/SORI Checks: We are committed to providing a secure environment for our campers. Therefore, all coaches undergo thorough CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and SORI (Sex Offender Registry Information) checks as part of our stringent safety protocols.

    Counselors in Training (C.I.T.s): In addition to our seasoned coaching staff, we have Counselors in Training. These are often older students from our classes or past camp programs who are transitioning into coaching roles. Their journey from being students to trainers adds a layer of mentorship and relatability for our campers.

  • Yes, under certain conditions, enrolling your child in our summer camp may offer tax benefits:

    Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit:
