Every adult session at HUB begins a thorough, joint-focused warm-up designed to prime your body for impact and mobility. From there, we dive into the theme of the week whether it’s mastering the mechanics of a vault, learning to climb walls efficiently, or even safely practicing your first flips.

You’ll spend the hour moving through stations that break complex movements into simple, safe drills, ensuring there is zero downtime and 100% engagement. Our coaches don't just "supervise" from a distance; they are actively in the mix, scaling every challenge to fit your specific fitness level.

What a Class is Like

  • In your first class, you'll be introduced to the basics of parkour including jumping, climbing, and vaulting.

    Classes focus on building foundational skills in a fun and safe environment, tailored to your fitness level.

  • No prior experience is required! Our classes are designed for beginners and will guide you through the basics of parkour, regardless of your background.

  • Comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion is recommended.

  • Our adult classes are designed for participants aged 18 and over. There is no upper limit, just talk to your coach and they’ll lead you right!

  • You can sign up for classes through our website or by visiting our facility. Feel free to contact us for more information or assistance in the registration process.

  • We recommend wearing athletic shoes or sneakers with a rubber sole. Stay away from stiff or loose shoes, like hiking books, crocs or slip ons!
