Month-to-Month Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy
Month-to-month memberships offer the most flexibility. You may terminate your membership at any time, subject to the following:
How to Cancel: You must email contact@hubptc.com with your name and the requested cancellation date.
Timing: Cancellation requests must be received before your monthly billing date.Refunds: Once a monthly payment has posted, it is non-refundable. If you fail to cancel before the billing date, you will not receive a refund for that month, though you will retain access to the facility for the remainder of the billing cycle.
-
Contracts Termination Policy
Contract memberships provide a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment (e.g., 4 months).
Renewal: Contracts auto-renew for the same term length at the end of the cycle.
Price Changes: We guarantee your rate for the duration of your current contract term. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon renewal; you will be notified of any rate changes prior to your renewal date.
Cancellation/Non-Renewal: To prevent auto-renewal, you must email a cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the end of your current contract term.
Early Termination: Breaking a contract before the term ends requires payment of the remaining balance of the contract.
Holds: Contracts may be paused for illness or injury (with a doctor's note) or pre-planned travel (minimum 2 weeks). Holds extend the contract end date.
Holds must be requested before date of charge
Predetermined end date for hold is required
Hold can be ended early with notification
It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of the end date. Payments will resume automatically at the end of the hold period

Make Up Policy
Membership & Attendance Policy
How Tuition Works Your monthly tuition secures a set number of class credits for the current month (e.g., 5, 9, or unlimited classes). While we encourage members to enroll in a consistent weekly time slot to build skills with the same coach, your membership buys you flexibility, not just a specific hour on the clock.
Flexible Scheduling (Make-Ups) We understand that life happens. If you need to miss your scheduled class, you may use that class credit at any other time within the current month.
Rescheduling: You can "shift" your class to a different day that week or "double up" classes later in the month.
Availability: All rescheduled classes are subject to space availability.
No Carry-Over: Class credits do not roll over to the next month. All unused classes expire on the last day of the month. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule all their classes before the month ends.
Holidays & Closures If Hub PTC is closed for a holiday or weather event, you are responsible for scheduling a replacement class on a different day within that same month.
-
Tardiness
Tardiness & Safety Warm-Up Safety is our number one priority. The first 5-10 minutes of class are dedicated to a mandatory safety warm-up.
Intro/Early Development: Students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
General Youth/Adult: Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to class.
Policy: Students denied entry due to lateness are not eligible for a refund or a makeup credit. Please plan your commute accordingly.
-
Choosing Class
Class Registration & Capacity To maintain safe coach-to-student ratios, pre-registration is required for all classes.
Spot Guarantee: We cannot guarantee a spot for walk-ins. Classes that have reached capacity will not accept additional students.
Consistency: While you have the flexibility to choose different days, we strongly encourage sticking to a standard weekly schedule to build rapport with coaches and classmates.
-
Inclement Weather
Inclement Weather In the event of severe weather, Hub PTC generally follows the Sudbury Public Schools closure policy.
School Closures: If schools are closed, Hub PTC will be closed until at least 3:00 PM. Staff will reassess road conditions by 1:00 PM to determine if evening classes will run.
Communication: Official decisions will be posted immediately on our Facebook/Instagram pages and sent via email. Please check social media before heading to the gym.
Safety First: Our staff commute from various locations. Even if your local roads are clear, if our staff cannot travel safely, we will remain closed.
-
Community Code of Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy Hub PTC is committed to being a safe, accepting place for everybody. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the facility and termination of membership without refund.
USPK Alignment In addition to our house rules, Hub PTC defers to and upholds the Code of Conduct established by the United States Parkour Association (USPK). We expect all members and guests to act with respect toward the facility, staff, and fellow practitioners.
-
Late Pick-Up Policy
Please ensure students are picked up promptly at the end of class, camp or event. Children aged 10 and under must be picked up inside the lobby. Frequent late pick-ups (more than 10 minutes past class end) may result in a strictly enforced late fee of $1 per minute to compensate staff for their time.
-

Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home or keeping them in a secure bag within view.

-
Equipment Liability & Use
Intended Use: Hub Precision Trainers and other equipment are designed for use on flat, clean, and stable surfaces only.
Supervision: While Hub PTC has no duty to supervise the use of equipment outside our facility, we strictly recommend that all training take place under the supervision of an adult guardian or a qualified sports professional.
