A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CAMP HUB
Each week will follow a basic structure for rounding out each athlete to experience all facets of parkour.
New students will follow a "Parkour 101" route, while our class students and returning campers will advance their skills in each breakdown!
DAY ONE: SAFETY AND LANDING
The first day of camp preps our new campers on how to jump + land, stay safe and of course get introduced to Parkour.
DAY TWO: VAULTING
Parkour is about being fast and efficient -vaulting helps us clear any low-level obstacles easily!
DAY THREE: WALLS
Aim high and hold on tight, conquering walls is the next step on mastering your environment.
DAY FOUR: BARS
From swinging on trees to monkey bars on the playground, safely using bars and rails is key to mastering all obstacles.
DAY FIVE: ACRO
While not exclusive to parkour, training your mind to control itself mid-air proves to be very useful in this sport.

Fee for camp due on registration.
Each child must be examined by a physician prior to enrollment as per Commonwealth of Massachusetts law. Immunization history is required alongside passing physical and all immunizations must be current. Your child will be denied entrance to CAMP HUB at the start of camp week without these documents accounted for.
No shows and day of cancellations without exceeding situations will not be granted a refund.
