What is Parkour?

Parkour is the discipline of getting from point A to point B as efficiently as possible. It’s about looking at the world around you, all the walls, rails, obstacles and seeing a path through them.

But beyond the definition, it is just an awesome way to train for life. It teaches you how to control your body, how to fall safely, and how to solve physical puzzles in real-time. It replaces the monotony of a treadmill with the creativity of movement.

At Hub, we keep that spirit authentic. We train hard and we create world-class athletes, but the goal is always to have a ton of fun while mastering your own movement. Whether you are 4 or 50, you’re learning to use your body better than you ever have before.

Preclass Checklist

Shoes: Clean, rubber-bottom sneakers. No crocs, no boots, no socks-only.

Hydration: Bring a water bottle.

Attire: Comfortable athletic wear. Sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt.

The Waiver: Must be signed by a parent/guardian (or yourself if 18+) before entering the gym.
