Let’s be honest: your kid is already jumping off the couch and climbing the door frames. We just teach them how to land without breaking the furniture (or themselves).
Controlled their Chaos. (And learn Proper Technique).
The Warm-Up: We get the wiggles out and the muscles ready.
The Skills: We use obstacle courses and stations to teach balance, swinging, and safe landing mechanics.
The Games: We finish with movement games that trick them into doing conditioning.
We maintain a strict 1:6 Coach-to-Student ratio because we know 4-year-olds have the attention span of... well, a 4-year-old. You get a tired, happy kid; they get to feel like a ninja.
what happens in a class?
-
Before you do anything else, we need a waiver on file. It takes 2 minutes. Do it now so you aren't stuck typing on your phone in the lobby while your kid is trying to run into class!
-
Take a look at the calendar widget below. We have Little Jumpers classes running throughout the week. Find a time that fits.
-
Select the class time you want and choose the 'Drop-In' option. This acts as your trial class. It lets your child test the waters, meet the coaches, and see if they like the vibe.
-
Arrive about 5 minutes early. We’ll get you checked in, show you the cubbies, and introduce your little jumper to their coach. (And yes, you can watch the whole thing from our viewing area).
How to Get Started
Most kids have a blast at their drop-in, but the real magic happens when they come back consistently.
Why Membership? Parkour is about progression. Once you've done your drop-in, we encourage families to grab a Membership. This allows your child to come weekly, which is how they actually build skills, gain confidence, and make friends with the other regulars.
We aren't just teaching them to jump; we're teaching them how to learn, how to fail safely, and how to get back up. That takes time, and we’d love to be part of that journey.

FAQs
Can I go out on the floor with my child?
We love that you want to be involved, but for classes, we ask parents to stay in our viewing area. We want your child’s focus to be on the coach and the obstacles, not on looking back at Mom or Dad for approval. You can see everything from the lobby, and if we really need you (for a bathroom break or a big teary meltdown), we’ll wave you over.
What should they wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move in (shorts/sweatpants and a t-shirt). The most important thing is shoes. Please bring clean, rubber-bottom sneakers that tie or velcro tight.
No Crocs: They fly off.
No Boots: Too clunky.
No Socks-Only: Too slippery on the obstacles.
Is Parkour safe for a 4-year-old?
Incredibly safe. People often mistake Parkour for recklessness, but at Hub, it is a discipline built on repetition and control. We use a 'building block' approach: we teach proper movement mechanics and safe landings on the ground first. Your child will practice small, low-level jumps in a padded environment to build a strong base. They only progress to more complex challenges once they have the skills to do them safely. We aren't just teaching them to jump; we're teaching them to know their limits.
What happens if my child is too shy (or too wild)?
"We see both ends of the spectrum every single day!
For the Shy Kid: We don't force them. We encourage them. Usually, watching the other kids having a blast is enough to get them to join in within the first 10 minutes.
For the Wild Kid: This is the perfect place for them. We don't suppress that energy; we give it a 'job' to do (like jumping over this block specifically). Structure is our secret weapon.
My child is almost 4. Can they squeeze in?
We stick strictly to the age 4 minimum for our classes. At this developmental stage, the difference between a 3-year-old and a 4-year-old in terms of attention span and motor skills is huge. If they are almost there, we recommend waiting until their birthday—it will make their first experience much more successful!
