What to Expect:

Will Hess returns to HUB Parkour for a special Speed Clinic and Competition. Will is one of the top parkour speed athletes in the world, taking 2nd place at SPL3 (the 2024 Parkour World Championships). This event combines a hands-on workshop with an open-style speed competition designed to test consistency and endurance.

Format

1-hour Speed Workshop led by Will Hess

Followed by a 45-minute timed competition block

Athletes can run the course as many times as they’d like within the time limit; best time counts

Two divisions: Ages 7–12 and 13+
