Safety, Usage & Liability Disclaimer
Assumption of Risk Parkour and athletic training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and physical injury. By purchasing and using the Hub Parkour Precision Trainers, the user assumes all risks associated with the activity.
Proper Usage & Environment
Controlled Environment: We strongly recommend that this equipment be used only within a controlled gym setting or a designated training area.
Surface Conditions: Use only on a flat, stable, and dry surface. Do not use on wet, slippery, or uneven ground, as this compromises the grip of the rubber base and increases the risk of injury.
Inspection: Inspect the equipment before every use. Do not use if the wood is cracked, the rubber is detaching, or the structural integrity appears compromised.
User Health & Supervision
Physical Condition: Users should be in good physical health and free from any pre-existing injuries (including joint, bone, or muscle issues) that could be aggravated by jumping or impact activities. Consult a physician before starting any new training regimen.
Supervision: Minors (under 18) must use this equipment only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult or qualified coach.
Limitation of Liability Hub Parkour Training Center (and its owners, employees, and affiliates) is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of this product. The user bears full responsibility for their safety and the safety of those around them during use.
