Your Questions Answered

  • This is totally normal and we see it all the time!

Our coaches are specially trained to work with shy kids. We'll let your child observe first, join in when they're ready, and never force participation.

Most nervous kids are laughing and jumping around by the end of their first class.

If they need a few classes to warm up, that's perfectly okay too!

  • Your child must wear SNEAKERS to class - no crocs, sandals, or boots allowed!

A coach favorite is the Reebok Classic Nylon sneaker

But any sneaker with a rubber bottom will do just fine!

  • We know life happens!

You have 5 minutes (Early Development) or 10 minutes (General Youth/Adult) after class starts to check in if you are pre-registered. After that, we can't let students join for safety reasons, and the class will count as used.

  • You're welcome to stay and watch!

We have a comfortable waiting room with cameras throughout the facility so you won't miss a moment of your child's class.

You're also more than welcome to drop off and pick up when class is over if you and your child are comfortable with that.

Ready to get started? We can't wait to meet you!
