HUB Sudbury Winter 2026 Schedule Update

Hey HUB Sudbury! We hope you have been enjoying our opening schedule at the gym! Today, we are excited to announce that in the new year, we will be expanding our offerings and class schedule.

Check out all the details below for our Winter Schedule kicking off January 2nd!

 

HUB Schedule TL;DR

Here is the Short + Sweet version of what is changing:

- Freerun on Mondays: We’ve added new Youth and Teen Freerun classes!

- Tuesdays are Now OPEN: By popular demand, we are opening Parkour classes with Coach Dylan on Tuesdays.

- Team Class: Team Class moves to Tuesday evenings for the 2026 Season.

- Wednesday Mornings: We added Homeschool classes plus a new Lil Jumpers class.

- Cleaned Up Saturdays: Saturday classes now happen a little earlier and end with open gym times.

Welcome to Mondays Freerun!

Freeun, at its core, is all about getting from point A to point B in the most creative way possible, often using flips and acrobatic skills. With the popularity of our current Freerun class offerings, were excited to offer another day of programming for Youth and Teen athletes on Mondays!


A new day of classes at HUB Sudbury

A whole new day of programming is being added to the schedule!

By popular request, we are adding Youth and Teen Parkour on Tuesdays. In addition the Tuesday schedule will feature an evening Open Gym and Team Class!


Team Class Tuesdays!

Team Class, our competition focused program, shifts from its Saturday time slot and will now be run on Tuesday evenings in the new year!

HUB, in partnership with gyms in the New England and Tri-State area, formed the New England Youth Parkour League last year to introduce the world of Parkour Competitions to our student population. We are returning with our second season of comps on Saturday, January 10th, at Sudbury with a Speed Competition.

Team Class focuses entirely on competition, preparing athletes with practice, comp footage review, mock comps, and strategy talks each week leading up to a competition.

To join Team, students must be on a HUB Membership and talk to their current class coach to get approval to join the program. For more info and our season schedule, click the button below to learn more about Youth Competitions

Morning Programming coming to wednesdays!

Start your day with a parkour class! Kicking off our Wednesday Schedule, we will be running a Little Jumpers morning class! This weekday class time is perfect for your afternoon preschooler or kindergartener to get some energy out before school starts!

We are also excited to announce the launch of our Homeschool Program here at Sudbury! These classes are offered during public school hours, giving our homeschool community members a chance to train with their friends and family!

We will be offering a Youth (7 - 12 years old) and Teen (13 - 17 years old) Parkour class!


New Class Times on Saturdays

Our last big change is to our Saturday Schedule!

We will be running Little Jumpers earlier in the morning (10 am, previously 11 am) to allow Youth and Teen classes to run before Open Gym!

Our Saturday programming will now end with Open Gym at a new time, 1 pm - 3 pm
