Whether you are already booked with us or are still on the fence with us- take a look at some frequently asked questions from parents when they go through our booking process from start to party day!
Booking Process

That’s totally okay! At the time of booking just let us know how many you are anticipating, and then keep us in the loop as things get closer!

Here are our 3 packages:
Silver Package ($350) - maximum of 10 participants and includes 1 pizza on us!
Gold Package ($400)- maximum of 15 participants and includes 2 pizzas on us!
Platinum Package ($500)- maximum of 20 participants and includes 3 pizzas on us!

There are two important things to tell your guests when inviting them to your party!
ALL participants need to have a waiver signed. The direct waiver link is www.hubptc.com/waiver
Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable clothing to the party!

The youngest is 4 and the oldest is 65+! Just sign a waiver and have fun! The direct waiver link is www.hubptc.com/waiver

Your slot is secured one we have received a $100 deposit via WellnessLiving!
If you filled out a form to request a slot, it still has to be accepted before the slot is yours.
During Party

During a NERF party, our gym becomes a tactical battlefield where kids use the parkour skills they've learned to complete missions and dominate team-based games.

During a NINJA party, our gym becomes a thrilling obstacle course where kids master ninja skills and conquer exciting challenges that make them feel like action heroes.

You are allotted 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time for setting up, and you are given around 15 minutes for breaking down and exiting as well!
After Party

Tips are always appreciated! You can tip the staff yourself in cash or you can let the Front Desk person know you’d like to add it to your payment!
