Refund/Cancellation Policies

  • Month-to-Month Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

    Month to month memberships may be terminated at any time so long as a written email is submitted to contact@hubptc.com with member name and requested cancellation date. Membership cancellation requests must be submitted prior to unwanted autopays. Our membership fee refund is as follows:

    • If you cancel before the start of the new month, your payment will be halted or refunded if already posted.

    • If you cancel within 5 days after the payment has been posted, you will receive a 50% refund of the tuition fee.

    • If you cancel more than 5 days after the payment has been posted, you will receive a 50% credit to your HUB account.

    • If you cancel 30 days or more after payment has been posted, no refund or credit will be given.

  • Contracts Termination Policy

    Our contracts are set up to provide long term members with a break in price. We hold the right to change the pricing of these contracts at any time.

    If you break out of a contract early, you will be charged the remaining balance due on the contract.

    Contracts auto-renew at the end of their cycles unless we get written notice via email to cancel before this charge hits (E.g., 4 month contracts will run for 4 months and immediately begin a new 4 month cycle the following month )

    We will allow contracts to be paused or extended due to illness or injury, but never refunded. Our holds policy is as follows:

    • Holds must be requested before date of charge

    • Predetermined end date for hold is required

    • Hold can be ended early with notification

    • It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of the end date. Payments will resume automatically at the end of the hold period

  • Drop-In Class Refund Policy

    If you accidentally purchase a drop-in class or purchase it within the last month, you are eligible for a refund. Otherwise, the pass will remain available on your account for future use.

  • Camp Refund Policy

    All CampHUB purchases are refundable up to seven days prior to camp start date. Camp purchases within seven days of camp start date are non refundable for any reason. Camp passes are eligible for all camps and are usable within one year of purchase date.

  • Birthday Party Policy

    • A deposit is required to confirm birthday party time slots.

    • Deposits for birthday parties are non-refundable and only applicable to the date and time deposit was used for. Rescheduling of party can result in an additional deposit for new date and time.

    • Party total will be owed at party check out. Birthday Parties may be canceled no less than two weeks prior to party date.

    • Party cancellations within two weeks of party date will require full payment of the party package to cancel.

    • An automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to the total bill for parties of more than 20 participants. This policy ensures that our staff is fairly compensated for the additional effort required to provide excellent service to large groups.

  • Event/Jam/Clinic Refund Policy

    • All tickets/passes to singular HUB Parkour Training Center events, workshops, jams, clinics, or open practices are refundable up to seven before the event date.

    • Tickets/passes will not be refunded within seven days of event date.

    • Tickets/passes are only valid for the event date purchased and will not be honored at future events unless notice is given from the facility.

  • Merchandise Policy

    Merchandise is eligible for exchange or refund within a 30-day window from the date of purchase.

General Policies

  • Make Up Policy

    Hub Parkour Training Center tuition pays for your child’s spot in class, regardless of attendance. Monthly tuition is based on your membership package and remains consistent at either 5, 9, or unlimited classes.

    Hub Parkour Training Center offers unlimited makeup classes to current members for any classes missed and for any eligible days that Hub Parkour Training Center may be closed as long as space permits, and within the same month.

    Please see Holiday Closure schedule for those holidays that are eligible for a makeup. Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and may not be transferred to another client, refunded, or used as credit.

  • Tardiness

    Students of our Intro Program or Early Development Programs have 5 minutes after the scheduled start of class to sign in.

    Students of our General Youth and Adult Classes have 10 minutes after the scheduled start of class to sign in.

    There will be no refund for missed class due to tardiness.

  • Choosing Class

    In an effort to enhance your child’s experience, we are asking you to preenroll for classes each week. We have a flexible class choice policy, but find a standard day of week allows better relationships to form with classmates and coach!

    Our coaches work together each week to design a curriculum that will challenge their classes and help their students progress their movements. Pre-registering for your class ahead of time helps out our coaches a bunch!

  • Inclement Weather

    In case of inclement weather, we follow the Norton Public Schools closures, if they are closed, we are closed until 3:00 PM. Our staff will then reassess the weather conditions and make a decision for the remainder of the day.

    We will communicate via email, Facebook, and Instagram for these closures as early as possible.

    Weekend classes and school vacation camps/classes will have a closure decision made by staff and posted on our Facebook/Instagram pages at least one hour prior to the first scheduled class/camp of the day.

    Please understand some of our coaches live in different parts of the state where the weather may be different. Our priority in closure decisions is always the safety of our students as well as our staff as they are traveling to the facility.
