Open to all ages, and all skill levels. 

Not all progression can happen in class. Open Training sessions are here at HUB to provide you the room and time to dive deep into training movements in your personal style and speed. 

Open Training sessions are to train parkour or movement, not for rough housing or chaos. All participants are expected to train movement safely, and thoughtfully. Any participant not following rules or not training will be asked to leave. 

$15 Per Session

Open Training Times

  • Mon - 2 - 4PM

  • Wed - 12pm-3:30pm

  • Thurs - 8:30-9PM Members Only

  • Friday - 1-4PM

  • Sat - 1-3PM

  • Sun - 6-8PM
